The second day of the Conference will see an off-site meeting of the Council of the RF Federal Chamber of Lawyers headed by the RFCL President Yuri Sergeevich Pilipenko. The Kovalyov Readings participants will have a unique opportunity to meet almost all Presidents of Chamber of Lawyers in Russia in one place and, if invited by the RFCL, attend the meeting of the RFCL Council.

Please, pay attention to the fact that the event is divided in two parts: attendance open for any participants (1.00 p.m. – 2.00 p.m.) and restricted attendance by invitation (11.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.). The restricted attendance of the off-site meeting of the Council of the RF Federal Chamber of Lawyers is possible only upon the invitation by the RFCL.

The first off-site meeting of the RFCL Council at the Kovalyov Readings took place in 2017.
